How to get access
Free self-registration · approval required
Register
Create your supplier account at the registration link. It stays pending until Tail Sourcing or the buyer approves it. If a buyer invited you, use the link in the invitation (valid 14 days).
Create your account
Sign up with your email and a password, then confirm with the 6-digit code sent to your email. During onboarding you accept the Supplier Terms, add your company details, documents and bank details, and submit for review. Your account stays pending approval and is not visible to buyers until approved. We recommend a company email; free email accounts are reviewed manually.
Complete your profile
Fill in your company profile and start your identity verification: worldwide supplier identity verification with Didit (official ID, liveness selfie and face match). Complete the Didit verification, then submit your profile for review.

Sign in at https://esourcing.tailsourcing.com/login and open RFX Opportunities. Questions about an RFQ? Reply to the invitation email.

If you register yourself, Tail Sourcing approves your account. If a buyer invited you, that buyer approves it.
How is my identity verified?
Worldwide supplier identity verification with Didit: official ID, liveness selfie and face match. Didit is a digital identity verification service. It verifies the person's identity, not the company.
