Yes — you can upgrade from Small Business to Business at any time. Upgrades to Business or Enterprise are arranged with our team so seats and roles are set up correctly.

Annual billing saves 20% on the Startups & Small Business plan. Business and Enterprise pricing is agreed per contract.

How do I buy on Amazon or another store through the platform?

Accepted Answer

You buy and pay on the store as you do today, then upload the confirmation so the spend, the item and the document land in Tail Sourcing. It is external spend capture, not a punch-out integration, and the AI never places the order for you.

Which accounting systems do you integrate with?

QuickBooks Online on every buyer plan, connected by you in Settings → Accounting. NetSuite and SAP connectors, a public API and SSO/SAML are on the roadmap, not shipped. Enterprise customers can request custom integrations.

We encrypt data in transit and at rest with AES-256, run least-privilege access controls and are supported by a US-based team. SSO/SAML is on the roadmap.

It's an on-demand service available on all plans, billed separately from your subscription. Our sourcing team handles the heavy lifting — contract negotiation, catalog build-out, supplier onboarding and RFx execution — whenever you request it from inside the app. You only pay per engagement; nothing is bundled into your plan price.
