Stop fleet, warehouse and facility tail spend from leaking margin
Fleet parts, warehouse supplies, pallets, repairs and facility services are bought from many small vendors at every depot. Tail Sourcing gives each site a simple way to buy while finance sees the whole network.

What we measure with you
- Spend per depot and category
- Vendors consolidated across the network
- Invoices reviewed and approved before payment
Before vs after Tail Sourcing
Without Tail Sourcing
- Fleet repairs and parts bought at each depot with no price comparison
- Pallets, wrap and warehouse supplies ordered by each site on its own
- Facility and maintenance services contracted locally with no benchmark
- Invoices from dozens of small vendors are hard to match to orders
With Tail Sourcing
- Approved vendors and price lists for fleet parts and repairs
- Consolidated warehouse supplies across depots
- Quotes compared for facility and maintenance services
- Invoices reviewed and approved before payment

Can each depot buy on its own?+
Yes. Each site has its own budget and buys from approved vendors and catalogs with one human approval by an Admin or Procurement Manager before the purchase order, while finance keeps a network-wide view.
Does it handle fleet repairs and services, not just goods?+
Yes. Services can be requested, quoted and approved like goods, with the service vendor tracked on the supplier record.
Do you integrate with our accounting system?+
QuickBooks Online is included on every plan, including Essentials, and you connect it yourself in Settings → Accounting. NetSuite is coming soon.
